While we do our best to keep all items in stock and update the website accordingly, occasionally we run short of an item or have problems with the manufacturer. We do not process back orders so you will need to reorder at a future date. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience. Please contact us if you are looking for a large amount of a specific item or if something is not in stock. We can usually let you know when we expect to receive new shipments.

Scrapbookpaper.com is an Internet store only. We do not have a traditional brick and mortar store.

Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we have a 30 day, money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any products you receive, you may return them, undamaged, within 30 days of the original purchase date, and we will gladly exchange your merchandise or refund the amount of the product (minus the original shipping and handling charges plus a 20% restocking fee).

Please Note: All clearance items, paper, and cardstock are sold as-is and all sales are final. Please inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered. Scrapbookpaper.com will be unable to issue any type of refund after the 30 days has expired.
